Join Our Mission to Empower Women in Agribusiness
At Nkonka Women in Agribusiness (NWAB), we believe that when women are given the right opportunities, resources, and support, they can transform not only their own futures but also their communities. Our programmes provide access to practical training, mentorship, professional networks, and market opportunities, empowering women to build successful and sustainable agribusiness enterprises.
From improving agricultural productivity to expanding women-led agribusiness ventures, our members gain more than knowledge—they gain the confidence, connections, and support systems needed to grow and lead. Across farms, enterprises, and value chains, NWAB is helping women cultivate opportunity and drive positive change throughout the agricultural sector.
We Are a Strong Network
At Nkonka Women in Agribusiness (NWAB), our strength lies in the diverse network of women who power our mission. Our community includes farmers, agribusiness entrepreneurs, industry professionals, mentors, and emerging youth innovators, all united by a shared commitment to advancing women’s participation and leadership in agriculture.
Through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mutual support, our members work together to create opportunities that strengthen women-led enterprises across the agricultural value chain. Guided by a spirit of empowerment, partnership, and innovation, the NWAB network continues to champion the growth and success of women in agribusiness.
